About me
I’m Sudhamsh Goutham Teegala, usually Goutham. I’m an engineer and technical leader in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What I’ve done
I co-founded MoBolt, which was acquired by Indeed. At Indeed, I spent a decade building and leading teams across recruiting, jobseeker discovery, notifications, and internal systems. More recently, I was on the founding team at Kahuna Labs, building an enterprise AI platform for technical support.
What I’m working on
I’m exploring WorkOS / Hearth and Vivea around a question I keep coming back to: how can people and AI agents work together toward a company’s goals, with the context, permissions, and accountability the work needs? WorkOS is the broader research; Hearth is a design-partner prototype, and Vivea applies those ideas to small businesses. I also build tools for my family, including Mitra and Kubera.
